Evaluate supplier performance on quality, cost, delivery, and compliance. Ensure timely procurement of materials to avoid production delays. 2. Production Planning & Coordination: Collaborate with production, sales, and engineering teams to forecast demand and plan manufacturing schedules. Balance inventory levels with production output to avoid overstocking or shortages. 3. Inventory & Warehouse Management: Implement and maintain inventory control systems. Monitor raw material, WIP (work-in-progress), and finished goods inventory levels. Minimize inventory holding costs while ensuring availability of critical items. 4.
