Internal Sales Executive

As an Internal Sales & Production Planning Executive at LATI-LOXIM Thermoplastics Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient coordination between sales orders and production schedules. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate between sales, customers, and production to ensure timely order processing and delivery. - Process orders in ERP and forward to production. - Handle inquiries, provide quotes, follow up on orders, and resolve customer issues. - Align sales forecasts with production schedules and ensure timely dispatch with logistics. - Manage dispatch documents, generate invoices in ERP, and maintain accurate records. - Generate regular reports on sales, production, and inventory, and identify areas for improvement. - Work with Zonal Heads for new orders and support smooth day-to-day operations. - Collaborate with internal teams for efficient order fulfillment and issue resolution.
