As Manager of Operations at McCain Foods, you will play a crucial role in modernizing the supply chain planning capabilities across the company as part of a strategic digital transformation journey. If you are ready to make a significant impact on a global scale, this is an exciting opportunity for you to lead within one of the world's premier food companies. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with the Global Team to implement the business transformation program. - Lead requirements gathering, solution design activities, configuration, testing, and deployment for your region to ensure smooth and timely delivery. - Participate in business planning and strategy sessions related to the transformation program. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of finance processes by leveraging SAP S/4HANA capabilities. - Maintain governance structures to manage risks, monitor progress, and ensure the program stays within budget and timelines. - Drive change management efforts within the region, ensuring team readiness and training on new systems. - Engage stakeholders across all levels, functions, and regions to understand concerns and gather feedback. - Partner with business process owners, digital technology teams, and external partners to define and validate processes and test scenarios. - Build and lead a virtual team of regional subject matter experts to represent the nuances of work in your region. - International travel may be required for this role. **Required Experience and Knowledge:** - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain or operations function. - Proficiency in operational software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. - Strong leadership and team management abilities in a matrix environment. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills. - SAP experience is preferred. **Personal Qualifications:** - Strong communication skills to engage with executive-level management and operational teams effectively. - Results-driven with a focus on process improvement and excellence. - In-depth industry knowledge in food production and technology implementation. - Ability to handle conflict resolution and negotiation confidently and tactfully. - Passion for innovation and continuous improvement, challenging the status quo. - Leadership capabilities in coaching and mentoring, fostering a culture of growth and learning.
