Roles & Responsibilities – Supply Chain Manager

• Ensure timely procurement of raw materials (LEDs, PCBs, drivers, packaging).
• Manage inventory & warehouses – maintain optimal stock, avoid shortages/overstock.
• Coordinate with production for material planning and smooth workflow.
• Oversee dispatch & logistics – ensure on-time deliveries to clients.
• Develop structured stock & dispatch systems .
• Negotiate with vendors for the Best cost & quality.
• Supervise store/dispatch staff and maintain accountability.
• Track and report stock levels, vendor performance, and dispatch status to management.

Key Goal: Smooth material flow → timely production → on-time delivery to clients, while controlling costs.

Requirements :

• Graduate in Supply Chain / Logistics / Operations Management (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
• 4–7 years in supply chain, logistics, or inventory management (manufacturing/lighting/electronics industry preferred).
• Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory control, and dispatch management.
• Ability to negotiate with vendors and manage supplier relationships.
• Proficiency in Excel / ERP systems for stock and dispatch tracking.
• Strong leadership & communication skills to manage warehouse & dispatch teams.
• Problem-solving mindset, especially during peak season demand.
• Should be detail-oriented, process-driven, and able to work under deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
