Job Description

Description Amazon Transportation Services is looking for a Supply Chain Manager II in our ROC (Relay Operations Center) team in India (HYD). This center supports our European and North American Middle Mile Linehaul network. The ROC team addresses disruptions in the Middle Mile network, supporting drivers and carriers faced with unexpected events (poor weather, road closures, unexpected surges in volume, mechanical breakdowns, etc.) to allow them to deliver packages safely and on time. Key job responsibilities A Supply Chain Manager Is Expected To Think Big and identify improvement opportunities and gaps in existing process and work with key stakeholders to execute/resolve them Portray excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills while working in an environment with some ambiguity Pull data from numerous databases (using Excel, Access, SQL and/or other data management systems) and to perform reporting and analysis as needed Demonstrate excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently while using departmental resources, policies and procedures Manage complex problems/efforts, decisions, and escalations, mitigate long-term risks. Basic Qualifications 3+ years of project management experience 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics Experience owning end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership Preferred Qualifications Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
