Supply Chain Manager

Your role at EY as a Manager in Supply Chain Management within EY-Parthenon's GDS SCM team offers you the opportunity to work on complex global transactions and supply chain transformations. You will be part of a team of experienced strategy and transaction professionals, working across various industry sectors to deliver value through supply chain levers. Your responsibilities will include managing and overseeing engagements, supporting key decision makers, leading projects across different supply chain pillars, building relationships with global EY offices, engaging in larger projects, managing a team of consultants, providing insights based on industry knowledge, and more. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee engagements to help clients solve supply chain issues and support decision makers - Lead projects across one or more supply chain pillars in deal and non-deal environments - Build relationships with EY offices globally and ensure high user satisfaction - Engage in larger projects and pitch potential supply chain interventions - Manage a team of consultants, mentor junior members, and provide industry insights - Develop Point of View documents, support business development initiatives, and provide expertise in transactions Qualifications Required: - Post Graduate degree in business management with 8-12 years of consulting and/or industry experience - At least 3 years of management consulting experience across SCM pillars - Understanding of transaction life cycle and business integration - Experience in data analytics tools and applying analytics to solve supply chain issues - Strong problem-solving, project management, and interpersonal skills - Willingness to travel internationally as needed - Excellent communication and presentation skills Additional Details about the Company: EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) is a global delivery network with locations in multiple countries, offering fulfilling career opportunities across various business disciplines.
