Role Overview:

Supply Chain Lead

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in systems, processes, and ERP implementation, with a proven track record of driving operational efficiency and enabling scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the entire supply chain function, including procurement, logistics, planning, production, and distribution.
• Build and implement best-in-class supply chain systems and processes to enable operational excellence and scalability.
• Drive ERP implementation and ensure effective utilisation across functions.
• Forecast demand, plan production, and align supply capabilities to meet growth objectives.
• Ensure on-time availability of raw materials and finished goods while optimizing cost and inventory.
• Build, lead, and mentor a cross-functional supply chain team.
• Collaborate closely with finance, sales, and product teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and adopt industry best practices.
• Maintain strong compliance, quality standards, and vendor governance.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the 

  F&B, FMCG, or Consumer Goods

   sector.
• Proven experience in ERP implementation and system-driven operations.
• Strong operational leadership and team management skills.
• Deep understanding of procurement, logistics, planning, and production processes.
• Analytical mindset with ability to solve complex operational challenges.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and execution skills.
