Supply Chain Head

As the Supply Chain Head for the EMS Business located in Surat, you should have extensive experience of 10 to 20 years in supply chain management within the EMS or electronics industry. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing and optimizing end-to-end supply chain operations, such as procurement, logistics, inventory management, and vendor relations. It is essential to possess strong knowledge of procurement, logistics, supplier management, and global trade regulations. Your role demands strategic planning and execution to ensure cost-effective and seamless supply chain operations that align with business goals. You will be required to develop and implement supply chain strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure on-time delivery. This includes overseeing procurement, vendor management, inventory control, and logistics operations. Establishing robust supplier relationships, negotiating contracts for optimal pricing and quality, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, trade policies, and ethical sourcing practices are crucial aspects of your responsibilities. Implementing demand forecasting, planning, and inventory optimization techniques while collaborating with production, sales, and finance teams to align supply chain activities with business objectives are also key tasks. Furthermore, you should drive digital transformation, automation, and data-driven decision-making in supply chain processes.
