Role; Supply chain Analyst
Mode of work - Work from office - Deployed in client location
1. The Supply Chain Analyst will monitor inventory levels to alert when the "current" design hits 3 Days Inventory On Hand (DIOH), and the "new" design should be made available. This includes communicating information by material number and warehouse location, and notifying the Communication Leader to send relevant communication.
2. The Supply Chain Analyst will communicate with the team to execute necessary changes and track their completion. It is essential to specify which material number is ready for the change. The steps are as follows:
- Submit an MDM request and notify the MDM contact with the request ID.
- Once the MDM changes are complete, send an email to the Customer Service and Marketing teams.
- After the Customer Service and KAM confirm the order review is complete, send an email to the Warehouse.
