Job Description

Responsibilities

Requirements Analysis - Understands key business drivers in order to explore, analyze, and map business and function requirements .

Experience Mapping - Maps user journeys, user experience, user stories (user features) to facilitate employee experience (EX) / customer experience (CX) transformation.

IT Solution/Application/System - drives the full solution lifecycle, including functional / technical design - solution architecture, buy vs make decisions - integration of third-party off-the-shelf software, develops / integrates / tests / builds solutions - with ability to operate in both waterfall and agile environment, ensures compliance to corporate standards, architecture guidelines, and information security policies.

Adoption - Supports implementation and user adoption.

Support - With guidance selects and defines supplier and team support models.

Performance - Defines controls, measures and KPIs for solution performance and reliability.

End-to-End Integration - Coordinates with other Business Process Managers and Solutions Managers for end-to-end process optimization and integration.

Roadmaps - Defines a solution(s) portfolio improvement and innovation roadmap with proper sequencing and prioritization of projects; Help assess resource, technology, investment needed in delivering against the roadmap.

Assist Sr. Solution Manager with workload analysis for team to ensure proper resource alignment for capacity plannin g.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in IT discipline preferred or a minimum of 7 plus years of relevant experience .

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with supply chain logistics business processes (transportation management, warehouse management, shipping execution)

Experience designing and configuring SAP ERP logistics modules (MM, WW, LE modules), and/or Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) technology platforms

Proficiency in system integrations, data management, and troubleshooting complex application issues, products , or services.
Closely work across SD modules (Order, Planning, Finance) to deliver results.
