Job Summary: Floor Supervisor Location: The Pink Falcon, Narayan Vihar, Jaipur (On-site) Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Floor Supervisor to oversee daily activity operations and ensure a safe, enjoyable, and seamless guest experience. This role combines activity facilitation, guest engagement, safety monitoring, and team coordination, making it central to the success of our entertainment venue. Key Responsibilities ● Activity Facilitation: Oversee and manage all activities, ensuring equipment and attractions are used safely and efficiently. ● Guest Interaction: Greet and guide guests, explain activities, resolve queries, and deliver a warm, welcoming experience. ● Safety Management: Monitor play zones and attractions for hazards, enforce safety protocols, and respond promptly to incidents. ● Supervision: Maintain vigilance over children, families, and groups participating in activities, offering assistance when needed. ● Maintenance Oversight: Conduct regular equipment and facility checks, report malfunctions, and support light cleaning/upkeep. ● Customer Service: Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. ● Team Collaboration: Coordinate with café staff, activity facilitators, and management to manage guest flow smoothly during peak times, parties, and events. ● Event Support: Assist in party management and buffet coordination, ensuring smooth service and enjoyable experiences. Requirements ● 2–3 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, leisure, or activity supervision. ● Strong communication skills with the ability to engage guests of all age groups. ● Knowledge of safety protocols and ability to respond effectively in emergencies. ● Energetic, approachable, and guest-focused personality. ● Leadership ability to guide and support junior staff. ● Languages: Proficiency in Hindi & English (spoken, reading, writing). ● Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
