Job Summary: We are seeking a driven and energetic Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of experience in field sales, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for creating engaging outreach campaigns. You will be responsible for generating leads, building partnerships, and driving revenue through on-ground and digital marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities: Actively conduct field sales visits to schools, colleges, corporate offices, tour agencies, etc. Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients and channel partners. Pitch our experiences (Go Karting, Paint Room, Laser Tag, etc.) for corporate bookings, events, and group outings. Maintain a sales pipeline, follow up on leads, and convert them into confirmed bookings. Track performance and prepare weekly reports on outreach, conversions, and feedback. Assist in organizing promotional events and collaborations to increase brand visibility. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of field sales experience (B2C or B2B). Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Excellent presentation and persuasion skills. Willingness to travel locally for field visits and activations. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred. Familiarity with Jaipur’s geography and local market is a plus. Activity Coordinator Activity Facilitation: Oversee and manage activities, ensuring that all equipment and attractions are used safely and in accordance with company guidelines. Guest Interaction: Greet guests warmly, provide information about activities, and assist with any questions or concerns they may have. Safety Management: Monitor activity areas for any potential hazards or unsafe behaviors, enforce rules and guidelines, and respond quickly to any incidents or accidents. Supervision: Maintain vigilance over children and families participating in activities, offering assistance as needed and ensuring a positive experience. Maintenance: Perform regular checks on equipment and play structures, report any malfunctions or damage, and assist with light cleaning and upkeep of the play areas. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other staff to coordinate activities, manage guest flow, and contribute to a team environment.
