Job Title: Production In-Charge – Cow Dung Products Manufacturing Location: Prayagraj Company: SJD Developers Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: SJD Developers is expanding into eco-friendly cow-dung–based products. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production In-Charge with prior experience in incense sticks, agarbatti, dhoopbatti, or related manufacturing units. The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end production operations, maintain quality standards, optimize processes, and ensure timely output. Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise daily production activities of cow-dung–based product manufacturing. Oversee raw material preparation, mixing, molding, drying, finishing, and packaging processes. Ensure production targets are met with consistent quality. Maintain proper handling and utilization of cow dung and other natural raw materials. Implement efficient manufacturing techniques inspired by incense/agarbatti production experience. Monitor workforce performance and assign tasks to operators and helpers. Maintain production records, inventory logs, and material usage reports. Ensure proper hygiene, safety, and cleanliness of the production area. Conduct quality checks and ensure products match company standards. Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and quality control teams. Identify areas for process improvement and cost optimization. Handle machine maintenance schedules and report breakdowns promptly. Required Qualifications & Experience: 1-2 years of experience in incense sticks, agarbatti, dhoopbatti, or similar manufacturing industries. Strong understanding of mixing formulas, drying techniques, and production workflow. Experience managing a team of workers in a factory setup. Ability to adopt and learn production processes for cow-dung–based products. Basic knowledge of production machinery handling and troubleshooting. Ability to maintain consistent quality at scale. Good reporting and documentation skills.
