Job Description: Technical Supervisors

SECCOM is growing rapidly and is looking for high calibre Technical Supervisors.

Job Responsibilities:

• Implement various cabling systems such as Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6a copper, and fiber optic networks.
• Oversee cable installation, maintenance, and repair activities.
• Manage and guide a team of technicians for timely project execution.
• Plan and schedule cabling projects in coordination with project managers.
• Ensure compliance with safety norms and industry standards.
• Conduct quality assurance and performance checks on installations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve cabling and connectivity issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate documentation for all installations and site activities.
• Manage inventory of tools, materials, and cabling components.
• Maintain work progress as per defined timelines.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• Knowledge of structured cabling (Cat5e/Cat6/Cat6a, Fiber Optic systems, Cable Trays, Junction Boxes, Conduits, etc.)
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and layouts
• Experience in installation, termination, and testing of cables
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Self-motivated with attention to detail

Desirable Knowledge and Skills:

• Experience with project supervision and team management
• Familiarity with AV or networking integration
• Basic understanding of electrical systems
• Engineering or Diploma background preferred

Work Hours & Location:

9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday except the second and fourth Saturday of every

month.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹270,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
