Job Description

You are an expert with a Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience in law enforcement, intelligence, military, or equivalent private sector roles. You have experience in a dynamic organization and possess the following qualifications: - Experience with security technologies such as CCTV, Access Control, and Incident Management Systems. - Knowledge of security operations to deliver high-quality, customer-oriented security programs. - Understanding of global geopolitical trends, emerging threats, and risks. - Ability to manage highly confidential information with high ethical standards, excellent judgment, discretion, and diplomacy skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi. - Strong people, critical thinking, and decision-making skills with the ability to take initiative and build cross-functional relationships. In your role, you will be working with Google's Facilities Management team to develop innovative security strategies, investigate breaches, and create risk assessment plans. You understand the importance of effective security without compromising customer service. Your responsibilities include: - Leading a Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) shift and collaborating with colleagues to enhance the GSOC's effectiveness. - Assisting in the development of GSOC processes and procedures. - Leading incident response and crisis management during your shift, managing smaller incidents, and supporting the overall GSRS team during wider emergencies. - Ensuring quality control of all items produced during your shift, including report writing, verbal briefings, standardization, and customer service. - Managing the team schedule to ensure adequate shift coverage. You will be part of the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) within Global Security and Resilience Services (GSRS), which operates 24/7 to intake, triage, manage, and escalate physical security incidents and threats. This customer-facing role requires interactions in English and Hindi with local stakeholders.,
