Job Description

Team Supervision & Coordination

Lead, guide, and supervise a team of gardeners, assigning daily and seasonal tasks.
Ensure adherence to horticultural best practices, safety standards, and company policies.
Conduct regular inspections of gardens, lawns, and landscaped areas.

Garden & Landscape Maintenance

Oversee planting, pruning, trimming, watering, fertilizing, pest control, and lawn care.
Plan and execute seasonal plantation and landscaping projects.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of all green areas, flower beds, and outdoor spaces.

Resource & Equipment Management

Manage inventory of tools, equipment, fertilizers, pesticides, and gardening materials.
Ensure timely maintenance and proper use of gardening equipment.
Optimize use of water and resources for sustainable gardening.
