Plan, schedule, and monitor project activities, coordinate with clients and site teams, review BOQs and reports, ensure quality, safety, and cost control, manage vendors, and identify risks with proactive corrective actions.
Responsibilities: * Oversee plastering, finishing & gypsum work * Ensure IPS compliance & PCC maintenance * Supervise tile installation & stone laying * Manage foreman activities on site * Maintain high standards of quality control
Prepare RA, final, and subcontractor bills, verify quantities from drawings and site data, maintain BOQs and reconciliation reports, coordinate with project and accounts teams, and track project progress with regular billing updates.
* Conduct inspections & tests according to IS codes & specs * Prepare documentation & reports using MS Excel * Ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures & quality standards * Monitor material testing, finishing quality, and workmanship *Client handling
