# **Job Title:** Supervisor **Location:** Jangaon, Telangana – 506167 **Job Type:** Full-time **Working Hours:** Early mornings (reporting at 4:30 AM; hotel opens at 5:00 AM) ## **Job Description** We are looking for a responsible and experienced **Supervisor** to lead and manage our team at our breakfast hotel in Jangaon, known for serving authentic South Indian dishes such as idly, dosa, puri bonda, and vada. The Supervisor will oversee smooth day-to-day operations, maintain high service and hygiene standards, and act as the key communication link between customers and staff. ## **Key Responsibilities** * Lead and supervise the team to ensure efficient daily operations. * Report on-site by 4:30 AM, organize staffing and assign daily tasks before the 5:00 AM opening. * Review daily sales, inventory, and staff performance reports. * Act as the point of communication between customers and staff to ensure quality service and resolve issues promptly. * Handle cashier duties when required, including managing daily cash receipts and transactions. * Monitor grocery stock and raw materials to avoid shortages or wastage. * Oversee staff attendance, discipline, and coordination. * Support team in operational tasks and provide on-the-job training when required. * Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in both kitchen and dining areas. ## **Required Skills & Experience** * 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a hotel, restaurant, or food service environment. * Prior experience in South Indian breakfast hotels/outlets preferred. * Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate the team. * Good communication skills for effective interaction with staff and customers. * Basic knowledge of cash handling and simple accounting. * Highly punctual and committed to early morning working hours. * Strong organizational and multitasking skills. ## **Why Join Us?** Join a hardworking team in Jangaon that is passionate about delivering authentic South Indian breakfast with consistency, quality, and warm hospitality. ## **How to Apply** 📧 Email your resume to: **[kanchanbhong12345@gmail.com](mailto:kanchanbhong12345@gmail.com)** 📱 Call or WhatsApp: **7276547661**
