Study Abroad Counsellor

As a Counsellor or Senior Counsellor at our Bangalore branches (WFO), you will play a crucial role in driving numbers and contributing to the growth of Leap. Your responsibilities will include: - Meeting Allotted Team targets for leads, applications, and visas - Contributing to the development of a strong and efficient counselling team - Resolving escalations and ensuring a smooth student journey - Conducting training sessions to help build a world-class team of counsellors - Maintaining high satisfaction ratings - Managing reporting and data effectively - Implementing organizational values, goals, and objectives within the team - Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve set targets - Forecasting and managing the pipeline - Identifying, analyzing, and rectifying operational issues in coordination with immediate supervisors Ideal candidates for this role should possess the following qualifications: - Mandatory background in the Counseling Industry - 1+ years of experience in study abroad - Sound understanding of various courses, admissions processes, Visa processes, and career options across various disciplines - Experience in shortlisting universities based on student profiles and preferences - Experience in working with CRMs is desirable - Previous stakeholder management experience (good to have and will be preferred) - Proficiency with MS Office and other Web Conferencing tools - Desire to transition from an individual counselling role to a leadership position where you drive team performance and results If you meet the required skills and experience for this position and are enthusiastic about international education, we invite you to apply.,
