Studio Operation Manager

We are hiring for Studio Operation Manager who oversees the entire studio operations team, manages workflow efficiency, equipment standards, and live streaming quality. This role involves ensuring adherence to all SOPs, managing human resources, and continuous improvement in processes and technical capabilities for live class broadcasts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee weekly scheduling and efficient allocation of studio operators and resources.
• Monitor daily equipment inventory, manage maintenance protocols, and ensure equipment readiness.
• Establish and enforce SOPs for live streaming on YouTube and Vidyakul app, including error handling and quality standards.
• Manage technical and operational escalation during live classes; coordinate closely with technical support teams.
• Supervise and facilitate training programs and ongoing knowledge assessments for studio operators.
• Monitor operator performance and enforce disciplinary actions based on attendance, test results, and workplace behavior.
• Implement and supervise studio operational protocols such as system shutdowns after continuous use, shift handovers, and timely class transitions.
• Lead the studio operations team to achieve high-quality live streaming with minimal disruptions.
• Analyze operational issues and streamline workflows to optimize studio performance.
• Approve and report on daily operational summaries, incident logs, and equipment usage.
• Engage with cross-functional teams for technological upgrades, process refinements, and studio safety.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong leadership, management, and organizational skills.
• In-depth understanding of live streaming technologies, OBS Studio, and AV equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities under pressure.
• Effective communication skills for team management and stakeholder coordination.
• Experience with SOP development and enforcement.
• Ability to analyze operational data and drive continuous improvement.
