Student Recruitment Manager – India

Location: Ahmedabad (Remote, with frequent domestic and occasional global travel)

To support our continued growth across South Asia, we are looking for a Student Recruitment Manager to join our India team. Reporting to the Senior Regional Manager - India and working as part of the wider INTO South Asia Regional Office, this role plays a pivotal part in shaping how students across India access global education opportunities.

Based in Ahmedabad (home-based), you will lead recruitment and marketing activity across India, designing and delivering data-driven strategies in partnership with regional leadership. You will drive recruitment for pathway programmes and direct entry routes, meet enrolment targets, support new partner launches and provide insight into market performance.

You will build and manage strong relationships with education agents and recruitment partners, represent INTO at fairs and events, and provide ethical, student-centred counselling to prospective students. Collaboration with centre and regional teams will be key to ensuring a high-quality partner and student experience.

The role includes responsibility for financial targets and accurate reporting, as well as regular travel across India and occasional travel to the USA. Evening and weekend work may be required.
