Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement

  market-specific recruitment strategies

  to increase student enrollment from Western India.

• Identify, onboard, and manage B2B recruitment agents

  to expand the institution’s reach and market presence.
• Execute

  B2C recruitment initiatives

  , engaging directly with prospective students through digital campaigns, webinars, school visits, and other outreach channels.
• Build and maintain

  strong relationships with agents, counsellors, schools, and prospective students

  across Western India.
• Represent the institution at

  education fairs, webinars, school visits, and virtual events

  .
• Collaborate closely with

  admissions, marketing, and conversion teams

  to optimize the student journey and improve conversion rates.
• Analyze and report on

  market trends, agent and student performance, and recruitment metrics

  to support strategic planning.
• Provide personalized

  advising to students and parents

  on programs, admissions, and visa processes.
• Ensure adherence to

  ethical recruitment standards

  and institutional policies.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum

  5 years of experience

  in international student recruitment,

  from Western India

  to the rest of the world.
• Demonstrated success in

  building and managing B2B agent networks

  and executing

  B2C student recruitment strategies

  .
• Strong understanding of the Higher

  education system

  and international student expectations.
• Proven ability to

  meet and exceed recruitment targets

  in a competitive market.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work

  independently and remotely

  , with occasional travel across Western India.
• Bachelor’s degree required; a Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an asset.
