Who are we looking for? We have an exciting opportunity for a Student Recruitment Manager to join our Campus Services Sales team. The role will be based in India (Homebased). If you are an experienced student recruiter or have worked within higher education before continually exceeding your targets then we want to hear from you. This is an exciting time to join CEG and grow your sales career selling our new managed campus product. As a Student Recruitment Manager (SRM) , the successful candidate will have the responsibility of delivering set enrolment targets for our new Campus Services locations in London through partner agencies, institutions, sponsors and other recruitment channels . Central to this role will be supporting key agents in promotional activities including Fairs, Exhibitions, and interview days from various regions. The Student Recruitment Manager will also support agent and student visits, collaborate with the wider Sales and Admissions teams to follow up enquiries and applications to increase the conversion rate and recruit new students. We expect the Student Recruitment Manager to take a lead on follow-up activities to ensure high application to enrolment conversion rate, one of the key priorities for this role. Key activities as part of this role: Achieve new student recruitment and revenue targets for Campus Services centres in London in line with revenue growth and ROI objectives Provide training to agents and counsellors through visits and training sessions Support key agents in promotional activities including Fairs, Exhibitions, and interview days Requirements & experience we look for: Educated to degree level or equivalent (essential) At least 2 years’ working experience in Sales role (essential) Evidence of previously exceeding and meeting targets (essential) Excellent interpersonal skills and experience of dealing directly with a wide variety of people (essential) What does Cambridge Education Group do?
