Annual Rate Contracts & Strategic Supplier Tie Ups

• Develop and execute a comprehensive supplier tie up strategy that aligns with the company's goals, focusing on the acquisition of high-quality materials and services for the parts related to product lines like Boiler, AQCS, Turbine, Generator, PAC to formulate annual rate agreement with these strategic identified suppliers.
• Conduct thorough market analysis to identify and evaluate potential suppliers, ensuring the best combination of price, quality, and reliability for such strategic partnerships.
  

Cross Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with the manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and quality assurance teams to understand their material and service needs, ensuring alignment with these strategic ties.
• Collaborate with finance and budgeting teams to manage annual frame agreement budgets
  

Required Qualifications

• Pursuing bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven track record of managing digital projects with analytical thinking abilities and achieving tangible results through on campus or off campus projects.

• Working knowledge of Indian supply chain dynamics and procurement best practices
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to anticipate future trends and challenges in procurement.
• Ability to create digital models and bring in analytical thinking to develop such models.
