Annual Rate Contracts & Strategic Supplier Tie Ups

a. Develop and execute a comprehensive supplier tie up strategy that aligns with the company's goals, focusing on the acquisition of high-quality materials and services for the parts related to product lines like Boiler, AQCS, Turbine, Generator, PAC to formulate annual rate agreement with these strategic identified suppliers.

b. Conduct thorough market analysis to identify and evaluate potential suppliers, ensuring the best combination of price, quality, and reliability for such strategic partnerships.

Cross Functional Collaboration

a. Work closely with the manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and quality assurance teams to understand their material and service needs, ensuring alignment with these strategic ties.

b. Collaborate with finance and budgeting teams to manage annual frame agreement budgets

Required Qualifications

• Pursuing bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven track record of managing digital projects with analytical thinking abilities and achieving tangible results through on campus or off campus projects.

Desired Skills and Competencies:

• Working knowledge of Indian supply chain dynamics and procurement best practices
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to anticipate future trends and challenges in procurement.
• Ability to create digital models and bring in analytical thinking to develop such models.
• Ability to collaborate with different function to derive the end results.
