About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Telecaller / Student Counsellor to manage daily student inquiries, explain course details, and drive admissions for our AI, Cloud, DevOps, and IT programs. This role directly supports our admissions growth with a strong focus on conversions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Calling & Student Counselling

* Make outbound calls to leads from campaigns, QR scans, walk-ins, brochures, and social media.

* Explain course details (AI & ML, Python, DevOps, AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, DevSecOps, Certification Programs).

* Understand student goals and guide them to the right learning path.

2. Pitching & Conversions

* Promote key value points:

* Free Demo Class

* Free Cloud Accounts

* 25% Discount

* Free Python & Linux Courses

* Free Webinars/Workshops

* Highlight pricing advantage (Market 20k40k vs SITCloud 5,999).

* Achieve 50+ admissions per batch.

3. Follow-Up Discipline

* Maintain strong follow-up via calls, WhatsApp, brochures, and reminders.

* Update lead status in CRM/Google Sheets.

* Ensure 100% conversion tracking and zero missed leads.

4. Batch Coordination

* Inform students about demo sessions and batch start dates.

* Help students join official WhatsApp groups.

* Coordinate with trainers for batch readiness.

5. Reporting

* Share daily reports on calls made, connections, warm leads, follow-ups, conversions.

* Track weekly & monthly performance.

Required Skills

* Communication

* Excellent Tamil communication; English is an added advantage.

* Clear, confident and convincing voice.

Sales Skills

* Strong persuasion & closing skills.

* Ability to handle objections (fees, timing, demo, placement).

* Ability to convert inquiries into admissions.

* Technical Awareness (Preferred)

* Basic understanding of AI, Cloud, DevOps, IT courses.

* Ability to explain technical programs in simple terms.

Work Skills

* Strong follow-up consistency
