Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Admissions Process Management:

   • Guide prospective parents through the admission process, providing detailed information about the school, curriculum, and unique offerings.
   • Assist families with application submissions, documentation, and admission formalities.
   • Conduct school tours for prospective parents and students, showcasing facilities and programs.

2. Counseling and Communication:

   • Counsel parents and students on academic programs, extracurricular activities, and overall school philosophy.
   • Address inquiries and concerns from prospective families via email, phone, and in-person meetings.
   • Maintain a endly and approachable demeanor while providing accurate information to ensure a positive experience.

3. Outreach and keting Support:

   • Participate in admission campaigns, open houses, and community events to promote the school.
   • Collaborate with the keting team to create brochures, flyers, and digital content for admissions promotion.
   • Build relationships with feeder schools and other organizations to enhance visibility and reputation.

4. Database and Reporting:

   • Maintain accurate records of prospective student inquiries, applications, and communication in the school s database.
   • Generate periodic reports on admission trends and provide insights for improvement.

5. Compliance and Policies:

   • Ensure all admission procedures align with CBSE norms and school policies.
   • Stay up on changes in CBSE regulations that impact the admission process.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• Bachelor s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in admissions, counseling, or customer-facing roles (experience in the education sector is a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships and maintain a positive rapport with parents and students.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
• High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
