Responsibilities:

Greet and interact with walk-in clients and visitors at the project site or office.
Explain the project features, amenities, layouts, pricing, and other relevant details clearly and confidently.
Conduct property or model flat presentations and assist clients during site visits.
Answer client queries and provide accurate information regarding the project.
Coordinate with the sales team to schedule client meetings and follow-ups.
Maintain client interaction records and update CRM or lead tracking sheets.
Support the sales team during events, property expos, and marketing campaigns.
Ensure excellent customer experience and maintain a professional company image.

Skills & Qualifications:

Any Graduate (freshers or experienced).
Excellent communication and presentation skills (English, Tamil).
Pleasant personality and confident in client-facing roles.
Good knowledge of real estate project features and local area (preferred).
Ability to handle clients courteously and professionally.
Basic computer skills (MS Office / CRM entry).
