Job Profile

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain good relations with the business partners (Travel Agents) and regularly make sales visits to the business partners
  • Increase the market share
  • Ensure that all business partners in the region are being regularly visited by the sales force and updated with the latest information about products and services.
  • Responsible for coordinating the marketing activities in the allocated region
  • Look for new business avenues in the allocated region
  • Coordinating and closely working with your manager and Principal companies for achieving targets & getting new business opportunities
  • Individual responsibility for the achievement of targets assigned from time to time.

Skills Required

  • Should have experience of more than 3 years in the airline sales field
  • Ability to forecast sales goals based on analytics
  • Strategic thinking and planning to implement the sales plan
  • Ability to coach, mentor, and motivate salespeople.
  • Ability to delegate responsibilities
  • Good verbal and written communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
