Job description Job Title: Student Admission Counselor Department: Student Relations & Admissions Location: Sector 116, Noida, Uttar Pradesh Reports To: Branch Head Working Hours: 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM (6 days a week, Mondays off) Experience: 0 to 2 years only (Freshers are welcome) Compensation: Fixed Salary from INR 25,000 onwards + Attractive Commissions Incentive Programs Job Summary: The Counselor Admissions Counselor is a vital member of the admissions team at Ikigai Schools, responsible for driving student enrollment through strategic outreach and personalized counseling. The ideal candidate will proactively engage prospective students through tele-calling, social media, referral programs, and digital platforms, guiding them through course selection, career opportunities, and payment processes, ensuring a seamless enrollment experience. This role also requires managing payments, invoicing, attendance tracking, and addressing any student concerns efficiently. Key Responsibility Areas: 1. Lead Generation & Outreach: Conduct proactive tele-calling to potential students, providing detailed information about Ikigai Schools' offerings. Initiate and manage student referral programs, collaborating with current students and alumni to increase enrollments. Leverage social media (Facebook, Instagram) and online business directories (Just Dial, Google Business, WhatsApp Business) to generate qualified leads. Execute email, SMS, and WhatsApp marketing campaigns to maintain engagement with prospective students. 2. Student Counseling & Engagement: Provide personalized counseling to prospective students and parents regarding course selection, ensuring alignment with career aspirations. Advise enrolled students on extension programs, further education opportunities, and career pathways in the arts. Clearly communicate fee structures, available payment plans, and guide students through financial planning for their education. 3. Payments & Financial Administration: Generate timely and accurate payment receipts and invoices for enrolled students. Track, manage, and reconcile multiple payment channels including EMIs, balance payments, and payment histories to ensure financial accuracy. 4. Issue Resolution: Monitor and address basic attendance-related issues, coordinating with teaching staff and management for timely resolutions. Escalate significant anomalies related to student finances, fee discrepancies, or student-teacher interactions promptly to the management. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Monthly qualified lead generation targets. Conversion rate from inquiries to new student enrollments. Renewal rates for existing students in extension programs or new courses. Timely resolution of student attendance and financial issues. Desired Skills & Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree; specialization in Communications, Marketing, Hotel Management, or Business preferred. Experience: 0-2 years in student relations, admissions counseling, sales, marketing, or front office roles, ideally within the education sector. Freshers are welcome. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills, with strong interpersonal abilities for effective student counseling. Technical Proficiency: Experienced MS Office and social media platforms. Customer Service: Proven problem-solving capabilities with a high commitment to customer satisfaction. Organizational Skills: Highly organized, capable of multitasking, and managing financial and administrative responsibilities effectively.
