Issue Resolution: Monitor and address basic attendance-related issues, coordinating with teaching staff and management for timely resolutions. Escalate significant anomalies related to student finances, fee discrepancies, or student-teacher interactions promptly to the management. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Monthly qualified lead generation targets. Conversion rate from inquiries to new student enrollments. Renewal rates for existing students in extension programs or new courses. Timely resolution of student attendance and financial issues.
