Structural Design Manager

As a Structural Design Lead, your responsibilities will include: - Leading the development of detailed structural designs and calculations for ongoing and upcoming projects in the region. - Ensuring compliance with building codes, seismic/wind safety standards, and internal design protocols. - Supervising structural consultants and reviewing their deliverables for accuracy, quality, and feasibility. You will also be responsible for: - Checking and validating structural drawings, specifications, and design documentation to ensure alignment with quality standards. - Collaborating closely with architecture and MEP teams to integrate structural solutions within multidisciplinary layouts. - Supporting the selection of appropriate structural systems based on constructability, cost, and project timelines. Additionally, you will: - Facilitate and track approvals from statutory bodies for structural designs. - Ensure timely submission of design-related documentation to authorities and respond to technical queries as required. - Providing technical assistance during project execution and conducting site visits to verify adherence to structural intent. To be considered for this role, you must have: - A Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related field. - 12-15 years of experience in structural design and engineering, preferably in the real estate sector.,
