Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing structural design projects from concept to completion, ensuring the highest standards of engineering excellence, technical accuracy, and design quality while driving innovation and maintaining compliance with relevant codes and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary team of Architects, Structural, and MEP Engineers.
Develop and oversee concept, schematic, and detailed designs, ensuring quality and compliance.
Integrate structural, MEP, HVAC, and fire systems within architectural designs.
Manage sub-consultants, project schedules, budgets, and resources for timely, profitable delivery.
Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships; conduct meetings to align on requirements.
Provide leadership, mentoring, and technical guidance to design and site teams.
Ensure quality control, timely approvals, and compliance with authority regulations.
Support site teams with design clarifications and technical input when needed.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and MS Office; familiar with BIM tools.
Strong knowledge of Green Building regulations and approval coordination.
Experience in all project phases with detailed MEP and structural design coordination.
Familiar with Dubai Municipality, RTA, JAFZA, TECOM, TRAKHEES, DEWA, and Civil Defence processes.

Skills Required:

Bachelor s degree in civil or Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (master s preferred).
Minimum 10 years of experience in structural design and project management, preferably within the UAE or GCC region.
Demonstrated expertise in managing multidisciplinary design teams and complex structural projects.
