Job Description: As a Structural Design Engineer at Oorjan, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of solar power plants. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and oversee all aspects of structural design for assigned solar projects - Develop innovative and cost-effective structural design solutions - Communicate technical concepts effectively to diverse stakeholders - Manage project timelines and deliverables efficiently - Stay abreast of industry advancements in the solar energy sector Qualifications Required: - Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Civil Engineering (preferred) or a closely related field - Minimum 4 years of experience in designing solar power plants - Proficiency in Software like AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro, SketchUp - Knowledge of Indian Standard (IS) Codes and Practices - Expertise in Solar Rooftop & Ground-Mount Structural design - Knowledge of Foundation design for Module Mounting Structure and other Equipment - Knowledge of Installation practices and procedures - Capable of assisting the execution team and providing training to junior engineers You are a passionate leader who possesses a strong academic background and a comprehensive understanding of structural principles for solar power plants.
