Role & responsibilities Technical Drafting:- [Produce accurate and detailed PHE drawings in compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations using Revit software package ] Quality Assurance & Code Compliance: [Ensure all PHE drawings are verified and reviewed for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with design specifications & relevant codes & standards. Documentation & Communications: [Prepare project documentation, including specifications, schedules, and reports. Ensure Communication and coordination with all stakeholders (architects, structural engineers, PHE / HVAC teams, project managers etc, Accurate and detailed PHE drawings & MEP Co-ordination drawings Timeliness of Deliverables: The efficiency and responsiveness of the BIM Modeler Code Compliance Rate: Accurate interpretation and application of relevant building codes and standards.
