Job Description

Key Responsibilities 1. Product Onboarding & SKU Management Upload new items [ furniture, lighting, textiles, wall art, etc ] on the platform. Create and manage unique SKUs for all products to ensure consistency and traceability. Coordinate with the sourcing/design team to gather accurate product information. 2. Data Accuracy & Enrichment Maintain detailed product attributes: price, material, dimensions, colours, brand/designer, usage, care instructions, etc. Ensure high-quality images and lifestyle shots are uploaded for each product. Review product descriptions to reflect design details, aesthetic appeal, and usage ideas. 3. Inventory Status & Lifecycle Management Regularly verify whether products are still in production or have been discontinued. Update product availability, delivery timelines, and stock levels. Archive or remove obsolete listings and replace them with updated versions or alternatives. Liaise with suppliers and vendors to stay updated on product changes, pricing, and availability. 4. Quality Assurance Audit the website or catalogue regularly to fix broken links, missing data, or inconsistent information. Optimize product listings for end user experience. 6. Product Curation Support Assist the team in selecting products for collections or themed catalogues. Tag and categorize products to improve filtering and discovery on the website. 7. Platform & Tools Maintenance Regular Data review for cleanup & hygiene. Check for broken web-links, outdated entries etc. Advise on use of Product Information Management (PIM) tools. Manage efficient bulk uploads or product import tools as needed.
