Job Description

About:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Fashion Catalog Lead to manage our end-to-end product cataloging process. This role demands a mix of operational excellence, creative sensitivity, and leadership. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fashion content, cataloging systems, and managing high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the catalog team and own the complete product lifecycle from shoot to live on platform.
Plan and execute daily/weekly/monthly catalog uploads in line with category priorities and seasonal targets.
Ensure consistent, accurate, and on-brand representation of products across all platforms.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Shoot, Merchandising, Tech, Design, QC, and Marketing teams.
Maintain optimal shoot-to-live TAT (Turnaround Time) and drive process improvement initiatives.
Review and approve product copy, imagery, attributes, SEO elements, and infographics.
Drive catalog hygiene through periodic audits and ensure zero errors in live products.
Monitor KPIs: live count, upload accuracy, rejection rates, backlog, and team productivity.
Own onboarding and training of catalog executives, interns, and freelance editors.
Develop documentation, SOPs, and scalable systems to streamline catalog operations.

Requirements:

4-6 years of experience in product cataloging for fashion or e-commerce brands.
Minimum 2 years of team management experience (managing at least 4-6 members).
Excellent understanding of fashion attributes, styling terminology, and image standards.
Strong hands-on experience with catalog CMS tools (Shopify, Magento, Unicommerce, etc.).
Exceptional organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with data dashboards is a plus.
Eye for detail, creative judgment, and ability to maintain brand consistency.
