As an RCC Engineer , you will play a key role in bringing our structurally demanding and aesthetically rich designs to life. What You’ll Do: Supervise all RCC construction activities on-site with attention to quality, safety, and timelines Ensure compliance with drawings, structural specs, and quality standards Coordinate with Architects, Structural Consultants, MEP teams, and Subcontractors Track work progress, material usage , and manage day-to-day site operations Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure structural integrity Maintain accurate site documentation , reports, and schedules Troubleshoot issues and provide technical guidance to the workforce Enforce strict health and safety practices across all site activities What You’ll Deliver: RCC works delivered on time and within budget Well-coordinated execution with minimal rework Defect-free, high-quality structures aligned with design intent Accurate documentation and clear reporting Safe work environment with zero non-compliance incidents What We Look For: 2–8 years of RCC/concrete site execution experience in residential/commercial high-rise projects Sound knowledge of construction drawings, rebar detailing, and concrete technologies Strong site coordination and problem-solving abilities Hands-on, detail-oriented, and passionate about doing things right Why Total Environment?
