Interior Design Planner/ Coordinator

As an Interior Design Planner , you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless execution of our interior design process, balancing creativity with planning rigor. Key Responsibilities: Project Coordination & Scheduling: Develop and manage detailed project timelines for design and product launches Design Delivery Planning: Track and reconcile interior design progress across multiple homes Workshop & Meeting Facilitation: Plan and run GFC (General Functional Consultant) workshops and design milestone meetings Stakeholder Management: Ensure all departments—Sales, Marketing, Design, Execution—stay aligned through structured updates Resource & Workload Planning: Anticipate and plan for design resource needs; manage workload allocation Standardization & Documentation: Maintain a central repository of templates, checklists, and design guidelines E-Design Tools & Systems: Support improvements to the internal design platform and help standardize workflows Quality & Process Adherence: Ensure compliance with internal standards and regular updates to all trackers Billing & Reporting: Track and manage billing-related documentation for design services. What We Look For: 4–10 years of experience in design planning , project coordination , or interior project management Strong architectural knowledge base with working exposure to residential interiors Familiarity with Revit is a must – working knowledge of design documentation and model management is essential Proficient in MS Excel , MS Project , and planning/coordination tools Highly organized with strong written and verbal communication skills Collaborative mindset with a focus on driving alignment, structure, and results Exposure to real estate or custom-built homes is a big plus
