Job Description

We are hiring for the position of

Project Control/Planner

for multiple upcoming projects across Pan India. This role involves managing project schedules, budgets, and progress to ensure the successful delivery of aviation terminal building projects.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera or MS Project.
Monitor project timelines and milestones to ensure timely delivery.
Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and financial efficiency.
Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Monitor and update risk registers throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare detailed progress reports for stakeholders and senior management.
Facilitate regular project review meetings to address issues and updates.
Work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure alignment.
Ensure compliance with aviation industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications

Bachelors in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
Minimum of 15 years of experience in project planning and control.
Proficiency in Primavera, MS Project, and other planning tools.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Additional Information

Certification in Project Planning and Control.
Experience in aviation terminal building projects.
