Job Description

Subcontractor

  • Manage the replacement and onboarding process for all subcontractor workers in coordination with the Time Office and Systems Department.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the audit of all new joining subcontractor labor with the Audit & Methods Department.
  • Ensure full compliance with statutory labor laws, contract management regulations, and organizational HR policies for contract employees.

II. Invoice and Payment Processing

  • Process all payments to subcontracted labor.
  • Process vendor invoices related to subcontracted labor.
  • Process Invoices/payments for all service bills related to fabrication activities, including NDT (RT & PT), Pickling/Passivation, TTJ Expansion, and other miscellaneous activities.
  • Handle all invoicing work related to inter-division activities.
  • Book expenditure under the head "wages" as per company guidelines.
  • Review billing data for accuracy and compliance with company policies.

III. Administration and Compliance

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation for all subcontracting and invoice activities for audit purposes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for administrative and payment-related queries from subcontractors and internal departments.
  • Prepare and present reports on subcontracting labor and invoice processing status to management.

Qualifications and Skills

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Commerce, Finance, HR, or a technical/engineering discipline with relevant administrative experience).
  • Proven experience in a role involving labor management, billing, invoicing, or accounts payable, preferably in a manufacturing or construction environment.

  • Attention to Detail:

    Exceptional focus on accuracy for processing payments and auditing records.
  • Organizational Skills:

    Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, documentation, and deadlines effectively.
  • Communication:

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with internal departments and external subcontractors.
  • Technical Proficiency:

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and experience with ERP/billing systems.
  • Compliance Knowledge:

    Familiarity with labor laws and financial compliance regulations is an advantage.
