Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Execute end-to-end electrical installation works at project sites in line with drawings, specifications, and safety standards Coordinate with Project Managers, Architects, MEP consultants, and Subcontractors for smooth execution Ensure timely procurement and delivery of approved materials, fixtures, and equipment in collaboration with procurement Conduct inspections and quality audits to ensure compliance with QMS and statutory norms Maintain accurate documentation: material usage, work progress, inspection reports, and NCRs Lead and guide site supervisors and technicians; provide technical support and mentorship Uphold safety regulations through audits, training, and on-ground supervision Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure expectations are met Preferred candidate profile Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering 510 years of on-site experience in electrical installations in real estate or construction Strong technical understanding of LV systems, fixtures, cabling, panels, DBs, and safety protocols Familiarity with electrical codes, QMS, and statutory requirements Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications A hands-on, detail-oriented approach and passion for execution excellence
