Manager External Development

PURPOSE

Leading a multi disciplinary project team to manage the works related to MEP, external development and Landscaping by coordinating with all the agencies, ensuring optimal coordinated effort between all the teams, availability of labor, materials and equipment in order to ensure timely delivery, cost adherence and highest quality of work. The role also requires specialized abilities to directly manage and supervise all electrical works.

AREAS OF OWNERSHIP & ACCOUNTABILITY

Construction Sequence Planning [Clearly define timelines and cashflows for all activities] for all trades

Resource Mobilization [ Ensure the efficient allocation and management of labor;

Coordinate the timely procurement and availability of necessary materials]

Tools & Equipment [Ensure the availability of necessary tools and equipment for labor and CIE teams]

Collaboration [Effectively communicate labor and material requirements to the Delivery Engineer]

Drawings [Review, Address and resolve Requests for Information (RFI) and design discrepancies in collaboration with the entire design team]

Works Quality [Supervise work with a comprehensive understanding of drawings, Coral provisions, SOPs, and work instructions]

EHS [Ensure that execution is done in-line with relevant Safety Protocols and tool box training are conducted]

Housekeeping [Maintain cleanliness and ensure proper stacking of interior products]

Team Management [Hire and develop a high performance team of delivery engineers, supervisors and technicians]

Ensuring all Project MIS to be managed and kept updated

Overseeing the installation, testing, and commissioning of all electro-mechanical systems. Performing quality control checks and system validations to ensure the functionality and safety of electro-mechanical installations.
