About the Company

• Drive lead conversion by strategically managing and engaging with incoming and outgoing leads across networks.
• Understand customer requirements, budget, and preferences through phone calls, emails, and chats.
• Educate clients about available projects, amenities, pricing, and other relevant details.
• Qualify leads based on interest, readiness, and financial capability.
• Schedule and coordinate site visits for prospective clients with the sales team.
• Maintain and update CRM tools with accurate lead data, follow-up status, and notes.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to give feedback on lead quality and campaign performance.
• Prepare regular reports on lead status, conversion pipeline, and sales team coordination.
• Maintain high levels of professionalism and service excellence in all client interactions.

Qualifications:

• 3 plus years of experience in presales/customer service/sales coordination (any industry)
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.
