Job Description The Development team helps our clients to promote, implement and manage sustainable development, from pre-feasibility through to planning consent; establish plans and provision for how an area, its accessibility and needs, will develop over time and guide sustainable future development; and develop multi-disciplinary design from concept through to detailed design and construction. Responsibilities Responsibilities: Day to day project management in the delivery of concept studies, detailed design and construction drawings. The position will involve liaison with UK offices, assisting in preparation of fee proposals and financial control of projects when acting as a package project manager. Responsible for ensuring your projects are delivered to budget, program and technical standards and meet QA, CDM, Sustainability and HSE requirements. Direct line management, including mentoring and managing early career professionals, ensuring technical excellence is in everything we deliver. Maintain a positive working environment within the team. Qualifications Mandatory skills: Significant experience in drainage design (foul and surface water) on infrastructure projects i.e., urban drainage, roads/highways, residential, Knowledge of the relevant design codes such as Water UK Sewerage Sector Guidance, Design Manual for Roads & Bridges, Manual for Streets, Local Authority Design Guidance, SuDS Manual and are well versed in the preparation of drawings for contract documentation and technical approvals. The ability to produce infrastructure masterplans, site appraisals, technical reports, design calculations and construction drawings. The ability to use or direct and check the use of relevant software including Micro Drainage, Info Drainage, Civils 3D. Significant experience in design of Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems (SUDS). Strong communication skills and desire to be a part of a successful close-knit team. Experience and interest in mentoring junior team members. Proven experience taking responsibility for line management, supervision and/or mentoring junior team members. Cultural awareness is essential, along with the ability to work as part of a team. You will be quick to pick up new ideas and skills and be able to think laterally to generate new solutions to problems. Job Description We provide support on planning and designs relating to Highways/roads, Storm Drainage and Foul drainage networks, SUDS, Below Ground Building Drainage, Earthworks, and Utilities Coordination/Diversion. We are seeking to recruit a Senior Engineer - Drainage to join the team in Bengaluru/Noida and work closely with our UK offices. You can expect to be involved on number of projects at any given time. Responsibilities Providing day to day support in the delivery of concept studies / strategies with hands on design, leading to planning applications, technical approval submissions and construction drawing stage. The position will involve liaison directly with UK offices. You will be responsible for leading the development of detailed structural designs and calculations for ongoing and upcoming projects in the region. This includes ensuring compliance with building codes, seismic/wind safety standards, and internal design protocols. You will supervise structural consultants and review their deliverables for accuracy, quality, and feasibility. Additionally, you will be in charge of checking and validating structural drawings, specifications, and design documentation to ensure alignment with quality standards. Collaboration with architecture and MEP teams is essential to integrate structural solutions within multidisciplinary layouts. You will support the selection of appropriate structural systems based on constructability, cost, and project timelines. Facilitating and tracking approvals from statutory bodies for structural designs will be part of your responsibilities. You will ensure timely submission of design-related documentation to authorities and respond to technical queries as required. Providing technical assistance during project execution, conducting site visits to verify adherence to structural intent, and monitoring contractor and consultant performance are also key aspects of the role. Identifying opportunities for cost savings through design optimizations and innovative material use will be crucial. Value engineering exercises with consultants and internal teams to balance performance and cost are expected. You will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and maintaining structured design reports, BOQs, and project-specific design registers. Tracking design progress and highlighting risks or delays to the Lead Structural Design proactively is essential. Qualifications - Education Qualification: Bachelors degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related field. - Work Experience Range: 12-15 Years - Preferred Industry Experience: Experience in structural design and engineering, preferably in the real estate sector.,
