SafeTree is an insurtech intermediary pioneering innovative risk solutions in India. We are market leaders in niche covers such as IVF and tour operator liability insurance and are building an AI-powered Surety Bonds platform to support India’s infrastructure and contracting ecosystem.

Strategy & Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Surety Bonds vertical in

    lead generation, proposal preparation, and documentation

    from clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, underwriters, and clients to ensure smooth execution of bond issuance.
  • Assist in building and refining the

    AI-powered Surety Bonds tool

    , including data inputs, testing, and client adoption.
  • Conduct

    financial analysis

    on clients (balance sheets, ratios, project risk evaluation).
  • Manage stakeholder expectations with clear, professional communication and follow-ups.
  • Prepare

    presentations, reports, and strategic analysis

    to support sales and growth initiatives.
  • Provide

    support on strategy & growth projects

    across other business verticals.
Qualifications & ExperienceMust-Have
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Economics, or Engineering (MBA preferred).
  • 2–3 years of experience

    in financial services / banking / consulting / fintech / corporate roles.
  • Strong

    financial acumen

    with ability to interpret financial statements and metrics.
  • Experience in

    stakeholder management

    and professional client interaction.
  • Excellent communication skills with

    executive presence

    .
  • Proficiency in

    MS Excel & PowerPoint

    ; comfort with CRMs and digital tools.
  • Based in

    Gurugram / NCR

    .
  • Immediate joiners preferred

    .
Good-to-Have
  • Prior experience in

    insurance (sales, broking, or underwriting support)

    .
  • Exposure to

    insurance sales / business development

    .
  • Experience working in a

    startup/fast-paced environment

    .
