As a marketing generalist at PwC, you will focus on a wide range of marketing activities aimed at promoting the Firm's products or services. You will conduct market research, develop marketing strategies, create and execute marketing campaigns, and analyse campaign performance. You will leverage a versatile skill set and knowledge in various marketing channels, holding responsibility for validating brand consistency, reaching target audiences, and driving customer engagement and loyalty.The OpportunityWhen you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.As part of the Sales Operations and Reporting team you will drive strategic initiatives that enhance sales performance and reporting accuracy. As a Manager you will lead teams, mentor junior staff, and facilitate the successful execution of client engagement workstreams while fostering a culture of accountability and exceptional performance. This role offers the chance to leverage advanced Salesforce reporting tools and CRM architecture to deliver remarkable results and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

What You Must Have
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 6 years of experience in sales operations, reporting, or CRM-based revenue management
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce reporting tools, CRM architecture, and alliance sales models
  • Demonstrates vision, accountability, empathy, and the ability to motivate, coach, and develop high-performing teams
  • Excels in clear communication, active listening, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Skilled in prioritization, decision-making, navigating change, and driving results with resilience
What Sets You Apart
  • Experience in Alliance ecosystems preferred
  • Proven experience in data analytics and reporting
  • Salesforce CRM knowledge preferred
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI
  • Knowledge of market research databases
  • Exposure to project management methodologies
  • Exposure to consulting or professional services environment
  • Demonstrating problem-solving ability and adaptability
