We are looking for a high-impact Strategy & Operations Leader / Chief of Staff to partner closely with the Founders and CXOs in driving org-wide strategic initiatives, 0–1 product bets, GTM strategy, and cross-functional execution. This role is ideal for someone who has scaled VC-backed startups, built strategic programs from scratch, and operated in fast-paced environments.
The role requires strong problem-solving, structured thinking, stakeholder management, and an ability to turn ambiguous problems into clear execution plans.
Lead company-wide annual planning, long-range strategy, OKR cycles, and business reviews.
Anchor high-priority strategic projects involving primary research, competition benchmarking, and market analysis.
Drive cross-functional initiatives across Product, Business, Finance, Operations, and GTM teams.
Own the launch and execution of new product lines, banking features, or financial products.
Partner with Product & Engineering on user research, product scoping, roadmap planning, and controlled rollouts.
Build and execute GTM strategies across digital, partnerships, influencer, community, and referral channels.
Identify new ICPs, build GTM motions, and set up scalable acquisition channels.
Execute pricing strategy, monetization initiatives, and churn reduction programs to drive revenue growth.
Manage partnerships with banks, fintechs, and external ecosystem players to expand distribution.
Act as a thought partner to leadership on decision-making, prioritization, and problem-solving.
Lead CXO cadences, leadership reviews, townhalls, and communication forums.
Manage Investor Relations activities including data rooms, fundraising support, narrative building, and external communication.
Drive org-wide process improvements across Talent, HR, Operations, and Productivity.
4+ years of experience in Strategy, Chief of Staff, Product Strategy, Business Operations, or Founder’s Office roles.
Prior experience in high-growth, VC-funded startups (Fintech, SaaS, Consumer tech preferred).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structured thinking skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and execute against tight timelines.
Excellent communication & stakeholder management across internal teams, customers, and external partners.
MBA from a Tier-1 institute (ISB/IIM preferred) or equivalent strategic experience.
Experience launching 0–1 financial products or neobanking features.
Exposure to global markets (US, SEA, APAC) is a plus.
Background in managing or scaling GTM and acquisition channels.
Prior experience in fundraising support, investor relations, or board prep.
Work directly with founders and CXOs on high-impact problems.
