Role Description

We're looking for a highly driven and analytical Strategy & Program Manager to join the Founder's Office. This role is ideal for a Tier-1 Indian MBA (ISB, IIM A/B/C) with 3-5 years of experience in management consulting (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Deloitte, EY, PwC, or KPMG). You'll work directly with the co-founders to solve high-impact problems, drive strategic initiatives, analyse data, and ensure excellence in execution. Think of this as an internal consulting + chief-of-staff hybrid role in a fast-growing D2C environment.


Key Responsibilities

Critical Thinking & Problem Solving

  • Break down ambiguous problems into structured approaches
  • Conduct competitive and market research to inform strategy
  • Evaluate business levers using first-principles thinking

Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Analyze internal and external data to surface actionable insights
  • Track performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and recommend interventions
  • Build dashboards and reports to monitor business KPIs


Program & Project Management

  • Lead high-priority cross-functional projects (e.g., GTM pilots, product launch readiness, ops enhancements)
  • Drive collaboration across product, marketing, ops, and supply chain
  • Ensure initiatives are on track, well-communicated, and outcome-oriented

Presentation & Communication

  • Create crisp, compelling decks and internal documents to communicate ideas
  • Synthesize complex data and ideas into executive-ready formats
  • Assist founders with planning, prioritization, and alignment across teams


Requirements

  • An MBA from Tier-1 Business School
  • 3-5 years of post-MBA experience in strategy consulting or founder's office roles
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data
  • Excellent presentation skills and fluency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • High ownership and ability to thrive in ambiguity
