Role Description

ITIL & Service Management
: Exposure to ITIL processes including Change Management, Incident Management, Service Cataloguing, Agile methodologies, and IT Governance.
Enterprise Architecture
: Hands-on experience or working knowledge of
TOGAF
,
LeanIX
, and supporting enterprise architecture efforts in IT modernization and transformation programs.
IT Strategy & Roadmap
: Ability to define and deliver IT strategy and transformation roadmaps tailored to organizational objectives, including target operating model design.
Technology M&A Strategy
: Experience supporting
Technology Due Diligence
for M&A, including assessment of infrastructure, applications, IT risk, cost, and valuation insights.
ITFM/TBM Expertise
: Familiarity with
Technology Business Management (TBM)
or
IT Financial Management (ITFM)
frameworks, including service costing, variance analysis, and benchmarking.
IT Cost Optimization
: Ability to identify opportunities for IT cost savings through vendor optimization, cloud migration strategy, rationalization, and spend analytics.
Process Re-engineering & Org Design
: Experience in process redesign, workflow optimization, and organization structure definition to improve IT efficiency and delivery capability.
Vendor Selection & Onboarding
: Exposure to vendor evaluation, RFP/RFI processes, onboarding, and partnership governance in infrastructure and application domains.
Data Strategy & Emerging Tech
: Understanding of data governance, analytics strategy, and familiarity with emerging technologies like AI/ML, automation, and cloud-native tools to guide strategic tech investments.
Stakeholder Management & Communication:
Strong skills in engaging with cross-functional stakeholders, gathering requirements, managing expectations, and presenting insights to senior leadership.
Tools & Documentation:
Proficiency in MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and familiarity with Visio, Lucid chart, or similar tools for process mapping, workflow design, and professional documentation
